Athanasios Chymis Athanasios is a senior research fellow at the Centre of Planning and Economic Research (KEPE) in Athens, Greece. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. His research interests include economics and ethics. Particularly, he investigates the relation between the social responsibility of public organizations (such as Public Administrations) and the overall competitiveness of national economies. His latest edited book “The Social Responsibility of Public Administration: Cases, Models, Nuances,” (co-edited with P. D’Anselmi, Ch. Paun and A. Stancu) is expected to be published by Palgrave Macmillan this November. |

Paolo D’Anselmi Paolo is co-editor of The Social Responsibility of Public Administration: Cases, Models and Nuances, Palgrave, 2025. He just launched a second book on the same strand of thought: The Citizens as Unknown Stakeholders. His forthcoming authored book is Public Law and Public Administration: Engaging the Weberian State. |

Andre Kolodziejak Andre grew up in the Netherlands as a son of a Polish World war II soldier and a Dutch mother. He is an economist at the European Commission. Before that he was an expert of the European Central Bank and professor of Economics of European integration at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. He served as a visiting professor at the University of Lyon II La Lumière, the Economic University of Bratislava, Harvard University, the Doctoral School of Finance of Bucharest and Poznan University of Economics and Business. From 1987 to 2000 he was associate professor of international economics at Catholic University Nijmegen and cooperated with the University of Craiova. |
